Reese walked into the quaint little cafe, bag on her shoulder and laptop under her arm, quickly and quietly maneuvering towards an empty table. She sat down, smiling slightlyat the fact that she was alone. Not that she was ever opposed to human interaction, but she thought she should at least try to make a dent in her ever growing mountain off work. After turning her computer on and ordering a raspberry milkshake, Reese started to write her report on English. The blonde had hardly finished the introduction when she got bored with it all, simply opening up the internet to download movies, using the cafe's faster wifi.

Evan is not two places at once ok. Different times of day guise.
Evan strolled into the small cafe, his headphones were blasting music and he was almost completely sure that anybody within five feet of him could hear 'Stairway to Heaven' by Led Zeppelin loud and clear. The cafe wasn't packed, in fact, it was practically empty. It was nice. All he wanted to do was relax and read an e-book or something. Before sitting down, Evan had ordered an Iced latte then chose a seat in the far back of the shop, and to his surprise there was a blonde girl there, on her laptop. Evan, not wanting to irritate her sat a few seats away.
The next song to play on shuffle was 'Love me do' by The Beatles, would people judge him for listening to this? He shrugged at the thought.
Before he knew it, he had knocked over his latte, causing it to spill onto his Ipod, he quickly removed his headphones and stared at the ground. It was like bad luck prayed on him. He calmly walked over to the napkin dispenser, grabbed a few napkins and returned to his previous spot, kneeling down, he attempted to clean the mess.
Evan then realized that the majority of the workers at the cafe were giving him the 'death glare', he automatically looked down and began awkwardly laughing in attempt to get rid of his embarrassment.

Reese had just started downloading Weird Science when she heard the muffled, yet distinct sound of the Beatles. Looking up, she spotted the source of the music and had to stop herself from spitting her milkshake out in awe. The boy, to put it plain and simple, looked like a god. A god with good taste in music. Damn, boys like him were as rare as unicorns.
Reese reluctantly turned back to her laptop, content with just staring creepily at the boy. But that would be weird and stalkerish. And sooner or later, she'd die from an overload of perfection. Turning around, however, made her miss witnessing the boy knock over his drink. Not one to leave a helpless person alone - and the fact that she had been in his position many a times - Reese grabbed her napkin and went over to mop up the drink.
As she bobbed down beside him, she tucked her hair behind her ear so they wouldn't get into the coffee. She gave the boy a warm smile before he started to laugh. Maybe she wasn't the only odd one here.
"Y'know, most people drink their drinks instead of spilling them on the floor. But hey, each to their own." she joked.

Evan stopped laughing once he'd realized that the girl who sat a table away from him got up to help him. She smiled at him- which he was quick to return- before wiping away the remaining mess. He mumbled a 'Thank you' and stood up, tossing the napkins in the trash. Well, at least one person had helped. She was cute too, not that he had been staring or anything.... *cough*
He snapped out of his thoughts when he heard her voice, or at least what he was guessing was her voice, his head shot up to look at her and he smiled.
"Hah. No. That's way too mainstream, I like being original." Evan chuckled and inched back to his seat.
"Thanks again, ..." He furrowed his eyebrows, "What's your name?" he asked, getting up once more and sitting in the chair opposite to hers.
Maybe he should've stood at his seat. *insert shrug* YOLO
I got lazy whoops

Well hot damn. He smiled at her and Reese was glad she was on the floor because she felt weak at the knees. When she felt like she could actually get up without stumbling and falling flat on her face, she did. Wiping her hands on her shorts, she sent the boy another smile, telling him that it was no problem.
Reese sat down at her seat again, contemplating to invite him over when the boy spoke. "Here's a question; isn't it rather mainstream to be original? Seems like everyone's doing it." she said, nodding.
"Hey, I rather like helping people mop up their spills. It makes my day." she said, smirking slightly. Reese was glad that he sat opposite her. It saved her from asking him. "Mak yourself at home." she said, trying to clean up some of the mess that she made with all her papers.
"I'm Reese. Pleasure to meet you..." she said, trailing off so that he could fill in the blanks.
